
My name is Timothy Norton
I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, and children navigating high stress, behavioral challenges, and times of crisis. As a trauma-informed coach and naturally sensitive and perceptive person, I have learned through years of experience how to regulate rather than succumb to stress and override my nervous system.
My background includes years of martial arts training and instruction, and professional work in security and mental health crisis settings. Across those roles, one principle became clear: the ability to stay regulated can be learned. The work I offer is built from applying that principle consistently in real-life situations.
